The purpose of this project was to design and animate two 30 second ads spotlighting specific majors offered at the Academy of Art University. Between the Dash plays on the idea that an entire education can sit inside the dash between dates on a resume. Actual students’ resume and portfolio have been used to give authenticity to the pieces. The challenge was in bringing attention to the progression of the the students portfolio as they learn at the school. Auxiliary design and animation was made to echo and augment the existing student work.
